Brief Summary: Spanning six months, this comprehensive project included the abatement of plaster on walls and ceilings, as well as flooring. Interior selective demolition was conducted to facilitate access to hazardous materials. Structural demolition encompassed the removal of building additions and annexes, alongside selective demolition of the 1914 school building. Additionally, the demolition of the mechanical room, including boilers and piping, was executed.
